Yoga is my favorite thing  to do and because of that I love being able to share it with so many different types of people, at different stages in life but all seeking a sense of peace and calm in the body and mind. The practice of breathing consciously and moving the body has a magical way of changing and shifting your life in ways you may not have imagined. Yoga can help relieve pain, stress, and tension. A regular practice will drastically improve your mood and well being. It will challenge you and allow you to discover new parts of YOU!
